Partnered on wellness activations and holistic health pop-ups during empowerment an influencer-focused community events.
As I was preparing to compete on an international stage, I had only four months to fully prepare and I knew I needed to operate at a new level of discipline. Partnering with Glacier Chill DMV became a major part of that journey.
With consistent sessions, clean habits, and focused preparation, I was able to lose 8 inches off my waist in just four months. But beyond the physical transformation, it was how I felt: lighter, tighter, more confident, and truly stage-ready.
Darren didn’t just offer sessions he created a plan. From the beginning, he took the time to understand my competition timeline, training schedule, and specific goals. We incorporated cryo facials to support my skin keeping it tight, refreshed, and camera-ready along with targeted cryotherapy sessions for the rest of my body to aid fat reduction, recovery, and inflammation control.
Every recommendation was strategic. Every session had purpose.

Darren Price, Founder and CEO of Glacier Chill Onsite & Mobile Cryotherapy, said cold treatment, which has been used since 2,500 B.C., has expanded benefits due to research and technology.
People turn to cryotherapy for a variety of reasons including weight loss, skin conditioning and hair growth.
Price compared cryotherapy to cold plunges but noted that Glacier Chill’s subzero device operates at temperatures around -240 degrees, much colder than traditional plunges. He added that the device is designed with safety features, reading skin and body temperature and distance in order to prevent injury.
Price highlighted the mobile aspect of Glacier Chill as unique, allowing him to service clients in their homes, especially those who are incapacitated or unable to leave their homes.
